History:
This song was made by Fredrick Warne & Co. On the 12th of October 1609, the children’s nursery rhyme Three Blind Mice was made in London. It was originally in a children's book by John V. Ivimey. It came from an English nursery rhyme.

Meaning:
This song is about three noblemen who went against a queen named Queen Mary I. The 'Farmer's Wife' refers to King Henry VIII daughter, Queen Mary I. The three blind mice refers to the noblemen. Queen Mary I was Catholic, and the noblemen weren't. The noblemen were punished after going against their queen, the punishment was to burn them at the stake.
